Returns policy
If, upon receipt of a Strip Detective Test, the Client finds that it has been damaged and/or decomposed, the Client should immediately notify the Administrator by sending an email to adres: contact@stripdetective.coml and returning the Strip Detective Test to the address: Barbara Urbańska, 132 h1 Fabianowska Street 62-052 Komorniki, Poland. The defective Strip Detective Test will be immediately replaced with a new one, within the time limits indicated in point 9.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the Strip Detective Test without stating a reason and without incurring costs.
Upon receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, the Administrator:
1) will immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt to the customer;
2) not later than 14 days from the date of its receipt and receipt of the Strip Detective Test, or confirmation of the return of the Strip Detective Test, shall refund to the Customer all payments made by the Customer, including the costs of delivering the Strip Detective Test to the Customer.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer specifies on the statement the bank account number to which the refund should be made.
If the sachet has been opened after delivery, in accordance with Art. 38 para. 5) of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
