Instructions for performing the test
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
In march 2026 responding to our customers’ requests we changed the Strip Detective test composition to make it more accurate for interpretation.
Please check your lot number and choose the proper insctruction of use:
LOT NUMBER UP TO 2027 FEB (and before)
Instruction of use 1 – (strip may stain the tested material) - LOT NUMBER UP TO 2027 FEB (and before)
A) Wet the stain
(2–3 applications to the stain)
B) Wet the strip
(1 aplication)
C) Press the strip to the stain
The 1cm testing pad area should be facing the stain
D) Wait for 2 minutes
E) Check the result
You should read the result after 2 minutes.
IMPORTANT!
The test strip may continue to change color if left for longer. Do not interpret a result read after 3 minutes or more. If you have doubts – go to FAQ section.
Instruction of use 2 – (strip will not stain the tested material) - LOT NUMBER UP TO 2027 FEB (and before)
A) Wet the stain
(3–5 applications to the stain)
B) Turn the ear cotton pad in the stain
(Turn it many times, just to be sure that it is wet too)
C) Press the ear cleaning stick to the test pad
D) Wait for 2 minutes
E) Check the result
You should read the result after 2 minutes.
IMPORTANT!
The test strip may continue to change color if left for longer. Do not interpret a result read after 3 minutes or more. If you have doubts – go to FAQ section.

B) Wet the strip
(1 aplication)
C) Press the strip to the stain
